Grief, Depression, Life
Transitions, and Anxiety Therapy

For adults looking for relief, support, and hope
for what’s next.
Are you noticing patterns of unhealthy relationships and behaviors in your life? Is grief preventing you from re-integrating back to so-called “normal” life?

Have you been wondering, "do I need a therapist?"

Maybe you have experienced a large, life-changing event, or maybe these feelings are the result of a slow build-up over time that’s now becoming too much to bear. However you’ve gotten to where you are today, grief, anxiety, and depression seep into every area of life: our relationships, our work, and the way we feel about ourselves.

But what if it didn't have to stay like this?

Anxiety, grief, and depression may be common, but that doesn’t mean you have to simply live with them. If you are…

  • Feeling impulsive or out of control of your emotions
  • Experiencing low self-esteem and insecurity
  • Making yourself small for others’ comfort
  • Feeling constantly let down in relationships
  • Asking “why me?”
…then you can likely benefit from therapy.
Although it may not feel this way right now, you have inherent strengths inside of you that can help you process your experiences, take control of your response to them, and ultimately come to a place of genuine peace and acceptance. As your therapist, your therapist will help you tap into these strengths: offering perspectives you haven’t considered before in order to ultimately transform the way you see your life.

How it Works.
